Use of Splenda as a sugar replacement decreases the vitamin biotin, which helps to stabilize blood sugar. Use stevia instead.
The most important nutrients to consider supplementing with include niacinamide, a slow-release from of vitamin B3, biotin, zinc, chromium, magnesium, manganese and vitamins C, E and B6.
