To insert the ear plug protector, you can use the insertion tube.
Rotate the insertion tube until the ear plug protector fits snugly.
Slide the tube over the filter stem, slightly lift you ear, and insert the ear plug protector into the ear.
When ear plug protector is to wide, If you have a narrow ear canal, you can easily alter the fit of the ear plugs protector, by carefully trimming the largest lamella, to shape, using a sharp pair of scissors.
The ear plug protector may protrude slightly too far from you ear, carefully remove the filter from the ear plugs protector. Then cut a short section off the end of the end of the stem, and replace the filter in it.
